A valid comparison to yoga is they both provide increased flexibility and core strengthening. I went from my fingers barely grazing the carpet when trying to touch the ground to being able to put both palms of my hand flat on the ground. So he tried Yoga for the first time in his life. The ability to change exactly how much effort you put into each workout is what keeps me going.
There isn't going to be anything particularly new or special about it compared to regular yoga other than the fact that an ex Wrestler that you admire is promoting it. Cant anyone drop a link to that ddp yoga?
